After growing up in Colorado, Chelsea completed tours with the U.S. Army in Germany and Afghanistan, and went on to complete her medical assistant certification at the Southern Careers Institute in Brownsville, Texas. She enjoys traveling, reading, and cleaning house. She has a two year-old son. Welcome, Chelsea!
Carolina moved to Colorado in 2007 after traveling the United States as part of a military family. She has dedicated the past five years of her administrative career to the medical field, which she has found to be a very rewarding experience.

Dr. Parodi is a Board Certified Foot and Ankle Surgeon, recognized by the American Board of Podiatric Surgeons. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She went on to earn her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the California College of Podiatric Medicine, where she graduated with honors as a Pi Delta.
Dr. Parodi successfully completed a three-year Podiatric Medicine and Surgery residency program at Highlands/Presbyterian St. Luke’s in Denver, Colorado, which focused on reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, podiatric medicine, and limb salvage. This residency program is ranked in the top five in the United States. She has been practicing as a foot and ankle surgeon in Westminster, Colorado, since 2008, and she opened Pinnacle Foot and Ankle Clinic in 2011.
Dr. Parodi is a native of Las Vegas, Nevada. Although she is thankful for the experience of growing up in a fast-paced and ever-changing city, she is happy to call Colorado her home. When not caring for her patients, she enjoys an amazing life with her husband, two daughters, and lots of Colorado outdoor activities.
Jacob Stuart is a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM), a foot and ankle surgeon officially recognized by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
He received his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree from University of California, Santa Barbara, with a major in Biochemistry. He went on to receive his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Western University College of Podiatric Medicine in Pomona, California. He completed a three year Podiatric Medicine and Surgery residency program at Botsford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, focusing on forefoot and rearfoot reconstruction, wound care, limb salvage and podiatric medicine.
Dr. Stuart is a Southern California native originally from Moorpark, California. After being a frequent visitor to Colorado over the years, he is now pleased to call Colorado his home. He enjoys participating in both summer and winter activities, while maintaining a healthy balance between his personal and professional life.
Culum is a retired Spanish and English Teacher who has started a new career as an Academic Life Coach. He grew up in Denver, Colorado, graduating from CU-Boulder in 1990, and earning his M.A. from University of Northern Colorado in 1997. After a tour in the Dominican Republic with the U.S. Peace Corps, he taught in public and private schools for 21 years. He is fully bi-literate in English and Spanish. Upon retirement from teaching, he moved to Costa Rica, where he lived and worked in a beach hotel, specializing in Customer Relations and Online Advertising. He loves outdoor adventures with his fiancé and children: biking, skiing, traveling, cycling, and surfing.
